Bran Muffins

Preheat oven to 400. Mix together bran and milk
- 1 1/2 c bran buds
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 1/3 c oil
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate Chip Dream Bars

Preheat oven to 350. Mix 1/2 c brown sugar and butter in medium bowl
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c butter or margarine, softened
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 c milk chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
Blueberry Muffins

Preheat oven to 400. Mix all together except for the Crisco and blueberries
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 heaping tsp baking powder
- 1/4 c Crisco
- 1 c frozen or fresh blueberries
Basic Crepe Batter

In bowl, add milk to beaten eggs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1 c flour
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- pinch of salt
Old English Beef Crepes

Heat 350 - 10 minutes. Combine sour cream with horseradish, salt, and paprika
- 2 small onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 lb cooked roast beef
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash of paprika
Cinnamon Buns

Thaw dough. Preheat oven to 350
- 2 loaves frozen dough
- cooking spray
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- cinnamon
- nuts
Cinnamon Rolls

Preheat oven to 400. Mix egg, Bisquick, and milk
- Glaze:
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 3 c Bisquick
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 tbsp soft butter
- 1/4 c suagr
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/4 c confectioners sugar
One Point Brownie Muffins

Preheat oven to 350. Soak bran in water for 3-5 minutes
- 1 box Betty Crocker lowfat brownie mix
- 3 c All-Bran
- 2 1/2 c water
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Threadgill's Pecan Pie

Fit piecrust into a 9" pie plate, or start with a crust already in a foil plate
- 1 refrigerated piecrust (from 15 oz package)
- 3 tbsp melted butter, plus more for brushing crust
- 1 c packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 c light corn syrup
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c pecan halves
- whipped cream, optional
