Pumpkin Pound Cake

- 1 pkg (16 oz) pound cake mix
- 1 c pumpkin pie filling
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c milk
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Italian Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except flour in large bowl with electric mixer
- Icing:
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp butter
- 8 tsp milk
- 2 c 10X sugar
Wacky Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 tbsp oil or melted margarine
- 1 c water
Texas Brownie

Preheat oven to 400. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar
- Frosting:
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c granulate sugar
- 1/2 c (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1 c strong brewed coffee or water
- 1/4 c dark, unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp dark cocoa
- 1/4 c milk
- 3 1/2 c unsifted powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Congo Bars

Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugar and oleo with mixer
- 1 pkg light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 3 eggs
- 2 3/4 c flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c nuts
- 1 large pkg chocolate chips
