Cream margarine, oil, and sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tbs baking cocoa
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Caramel Apple Dumplings

In a skillet, heart unsoftened margarine, brown sugar, and water to boiling
- Dumplings:
- 2 tbs margarine
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbs margarine
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup peeled, coarsely chopped apple
Taco Salad

- 1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1 head lettuce, chopped

- 2-3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
