- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. real butter
- 1 c. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 t. vanilla
- 5 c. flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 tsp. crème of tartar
Microwave Peanut Brittle

- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. raw peanuts
- 1 t. butter or margarine
- 1 t. vanilla

Apple Cake with Lemon Sauce
