In skillet, melt margarine
- 2 T margarine
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 4 chopped green pepper
- 6 T onion soup mix
- 1 T chili powder
- ½ c. water
- ½ c. catsup
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 12 French or hard rolls (or buns)
Chocolate Turtles

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1/4 t. baking soda
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 cup raisins, chopped nuts or semisweet chocolate chips, if desired
Cucumber Yogurt Dressing

- 1 . Ingredients
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced seedless cucumber
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
- Yield
- 1 1/2 about 1 1/2 cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon)

- ¼ c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

- 1 pkg Lipton's dry onion soup (or onion mushroom).
Easy Raspberry Frosting

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and preserves on medium speed until smooth
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. raspberry preserves
- 1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
