mix BBQ sauce with all ingredients listed under it
- 4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (i threw them in frozen... even easier!)
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce (sweet baby ray's all the way!)
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. garlic powder

{Easy Anytime Dinner} Chicken Marsala
- ◦2 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
- ◦salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ◦1/2 cup all purpose flour or corn starch for gluten-free
- ◦up to 1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil
- ◦8 ounces container of mushroom, sliced and cleaned
- ◦2 tablespoons butter
- ◦1/2 cup sweet Marsala wine
- ◦1/4 cup chicken stock
- ◦1/4 cup sherry or dry white wine
- ◦Optional: 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- ◦Garnish with chopped parsley or oregano

- 1 quart milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream

- 4-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- For Cake:
- 2 1/4 cups cake flour (9 ounces)
- 1 cup whole milk, at room temperature
- 6 large egg whites (3/4 cup), at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar (12 1/4 ounces)
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks), softened but still cool
- Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple gel food coloring
- For Frosting/Filling:
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 10 large egg whites
- 2 pounds (8 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into tablespoons, softened
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 pound best-quality white chocolate, melted and cooled

- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds), cut up
