Mayonnaise, Aioli and Remoulade

Combine the egg yolks, salt and pepper and lemon in a food processor and pulse to blend
- Mayonnaise, Aioli and Remoulade
- 2 egg, large yolks
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1 1/2 cup unsaturated oil
- Aioli
- garlic, cloves
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dash tabasco sauce (optional)
- Remoulade
- 1 tbsp cornichons pickle, (gherkin pickle), diced
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp anchovy paste, (optional)
Clam soybean sprout in clear soup

1. Trim and wash bean sprouts
- 12 oz bean sprouts
- 8 cups water
- 1 lb unshelled mussels
- 1 tablespoon “HON-DASHI”
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 stalks green onion
- 1 Korean red pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
All Day Beef Stew

Combine all ingredients in crockpot
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 4 carrots, cut in chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 15 ounces stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 dash thyme
- 1 dash oregano
- pinch salt
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 cup water
Hot and Sour Thai Soup

Delicious and very spicy
- 10 cups veg broth
- 6 (1 inch) pieces lemongrass, white part only, crushed.=
- 3 garlic clove, crushed
- 8 dried Thai or other chiles, split lengthwise....***Watch if using Habernos...use 2 MAX
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 6 scallions, chopped
- 15-20 large prawns, shelled with tail on
- 4 tbsp Vegan "fish" sauce or soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilentro, coarsely chopped
- a couple of handfuls of Bean sprouts
Turkey Stew with Dumplings

Saute bacon in Dutch oven until partially crisp
- 1 1/4 lb Turkey breast tenderloins
- 4 Slices diced bacon
- 4 Carrots cut in chunks
- 2 Quartered onions (I use
- Diced)
- 2 Stalks celery, cut in
- Chunks
- 2 c Water, divided
- 1/4 ts Rosemary
- 1 Bay leaf
- 3 tb Flour
- 1 c Bisquick
- 1/3 c Milk
- 4 oz Can chicken broth
Dumplings for Stew 2

Sift 1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp baking powder together
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Tequila Lime Prawns

- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tequila
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp cilentro, chopped
- Hot cooked rice (optional)
Tofu Steak with Mushroom Sauté

1. Press water out of tofu for 20 to 30 minutes, then cut tofu in half
- 1/2 oz "AJINOMOTO TOFU SAUCE"
- 1/4 cake (approx. 4 oz) tofu (firm)
- 1/2 oz shiitake mushroom
- 1/2 oz mushroom
- 1 Tbsp wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp "AJINOMOTO RICE BRAN OIL"
- 1/2 inch scallion
Deep-Fried Crispy Chicken

1. Cut the thigh into 1” cubes
- Seasonings:
- 2 lbs chicken thigh (boneless)
- 2 stalks scallion
- 2 gingers
- 2/3 cup sweet potato powder
- (a) 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon “HON-DASHI”, 2 egg yolks
- (b) 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 2/3 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder
CHILI CILENTRO STEAK MARINADE
