1. Cook the bacon in a heavy skillet on medium heat
- 1 * 1 (5 1/2 pound) bone-in turkey breast, skinless
- 5 * 5 slices bacon
- 1 * 1 (10.5 ounce) can turkey gravy
- 1 * 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 * 1/2 tsp garlic pepper
- 1 * 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 * 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Curried Tofu

1- Cook the rice until tender
- 2-3 oz (55-85g) brown rice 1/2 cup
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp vegan margarine
- 4-5 oz (115-140g) tofu
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp soya yoghurt
- sea salt if required
Stir Fried Bean Sprouts with Garlic

Heat the peanut oil over medium heat in a large frying pan or wok
- 1-2 tbsp peanut oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lb bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Great sauteed vegetables

1. Spay Pam in large heavy skillet add vegetables then add spices
- 7 asparagus spears, cut 1 inch long
- 2 carrots, cut 1/2 inch long
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut 1 inch squares
- 1/2 cup cauliflower, in bite size pieces
- 1 stalk celery, cut 1/2 inch long
- 1 medium yellow squash, cut to equal size as celery
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper (powder)
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- Pam cooking spray
Cooked Hollandaise Sauce

In small saucepan, beat together egg yolks, water and lemon juice
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup firm cold butter, cut into eighths
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- Dash of ground red pepper
COD TONGUES

Wash and pat dry the cod tongues
- 1 * 1 kg cod tongues
- 125 * 125 ml flour
- 5 * 5 ml salt
- 2 * 2 ml pepper
- * Pork fat diced
Garlic Lime Chicken

Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Mom's Cous Cous

In large pot put olive oil and brown chicken and onion till golden
- Merga
- 6 chicken thighs or legs
- 1 lb pork
- 1 lb lamb
- 2-3 carrots
- 2 turnips
- 1 leek (optional)
- 1 large onion cut chunks
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 large cans garbanzos (drained)
- 2 large tomatoes (peeled) chopped or stewed tomatoes.
- parsley...garlic
- 1-2 zuchinni cut in 1 " rounds peeled
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 large bay leaf
- pinch of coriander
- pinch of saffron
- pinch thyme, pinch salt, pinch pepper..
- 2 about 2 tbsp olive oil to brown the meat.
- Harrisa
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 1/2 Soup scoup of bouillon. Stir. Boil 2 min.
- Makes a lot of harrisa. If making a portion for 2....cut in half..

- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Emerald Kale

In a large skillet, sauté oil, garlic and tamari, being careful not to burn the garlic
- 2 bunches *Kale, centre stems removed
- 3 T Toasted Sesame Oil 45 ml
- 1-2 T Tamari 15 ml – 30 ml
- 4 tsp Garlic, fresh, minced 20 ml
- 3 T Sesame seeds 45 ml
