- 1 par-baked Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
- 1 clove garlic, minced (1 tsp.)
- 1 baked potato, thinly sliced (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup raw broccoli florets
- 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped chives

Cheddar-Chive Biscuits

- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite)
- 3 oz. extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh chives
Chipotle Chilaquiles

For the salsa: Heat the canola oil in a medium heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat
- Salsa:
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 10 Roma tomatoes (about 2 1/4 pounds), roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Tortilla Chips:
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Six teen 6-inch corn tortillas
- Salt
- 6 fried eggs, for serving, optional
- 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
- Thinly sliced red onions, for garnish
- Mexican crema, for garnish
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Heat broiler. In a small bowl combine salsa and cilantro
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp vege oil
- 1/2 chopped scallions
- 3 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 4 lightly beaten egg whites
- 3 lightly beaten eggs
- 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup shred sharp ched

- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Lemon Kropla (Lemon Drop)

Put some confectioners' sugar on a plate
- Cane Sugar Simple Syrup:
- Confectioners' sugar, for rimming the glass
- Lemon wedge, for rimming the glass
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce Cane Sugar Simple Syrup, recipe follows
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon turbinado sugar, such as Sugar in the Raw
- 3/4 ounce sweet sparkling white wine, such as Moscato d'Asti
