Grease a 13-by-9-inch baking pan
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 slices white bead
- 1 cup milk
- 2 pounds lean ground beef (ground round)
- 2 slices firm white bread, diced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
Root-Beer Float Pops

1. Place a cherry in each of eight 6- to 7-ounce molds or paper cups
- 8 maraschino cherries, stemmed, drained, and patted dry
- 4 cups root beer (before using, chill in bottle with cap loosened)
- 2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Red, White, and Blue Poke Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1 box (16.25 ounces) moist white cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) Challenge Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled
- 3 egg whites
- 3 ounce package blueberry flavored gelatin
- 3 ounce package strawberry flavored gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water, separated
- 1 tub whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (8 ounces) Challenge Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powder sugar
- 1 cup each fresh sliced strawberries and blueberries
Sunny's Blueberry BBQ Sauce

In a saucepot on medium heat, add the blueberries, sambal, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider and tomatoes
- 1 pint (6 ounces) blueberries
- 3 tablespoons sambal chili paste
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons apple cider
- 1 plum tomato, seeded and choppped
- Kosher salt, if needed

- 1 c old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 TBS colored sugar
- 2 TBS sprinkles
Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Aioli Sauce

Put chopped peppers,cream, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pep process until smooth
- 1 jar roasted red peppers (12 oz.) or 2 freshly roasted red peppers (about 1 cup diced roasted red pepper)
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- salt/pep
Tuna Diablo

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1/2 pound vermicelli
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 shallots or 1/2 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon each: dried Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup dry red wine such as Chianti or malbec
- 2 tuna steaks, about 8 ounces each, sliced
- 1 package (10 ounces) baby spinach leaves
