In a med. skillet, heat the oil till shimmering
- 2 C. Vegetable Oil
- 2 Lg. Eggs
- 2 C. Panko Bread Crumbs
- 12 Lg. White Mushrooms, stems discarded
- Salt
Bistro Steak Au Poivre With Pan-Seared Cherry Tomatoes

Using paper towels, pat steaks dry & season both sides with coarse salt
- 6 Centre-Cut Beef Tenderloin Steaks, 6-8 oz.each
- 11/2 Tbsp. Coarse Salt
- 5 Tbsp. Whole Black Peppercorns
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 4 C. Mixed Cherry Tomatoes
- 10 Thyme Sprigs
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 6 Lg. Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1 Lg. Shallot, finely minced
- 1/2 C. Dry White Wine
- 2 C. Packed Fresh Basil Leaves, coarsely chopped

Roasted Mushroom Medley

This is a great side dish for grilled or roasted meats
- 2 lbs. Mixed Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/2 C. Olive Oil
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp. Fresh Sage, chopped
- 1/4 C. Fresh Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Pickled Carrots

Peel & slice carrots. Boil water & pour over pint jars & lids to sterilize
- 4 1/2 C. Water
- 2 1/2 C. Pickling Vinegar
- 1/2 C. Pickling Salt
- Fresh Garlic Cloves

Grilled Striploin Steak Baguette

Preheat barbeque to high. Combine first 7 ingredients & mix well
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil
- 3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary, picked & chopped
- 2 tsp. Italian Parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh Thyme
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Cracked Pepper
- 1 7 oz. Striploin Steak, trimmed
- 6 Tbsp. Red Onion Marmalade ( Under Sauces & Dips ) )

- 1 Pkg. ( 10 oz. ) Frozen Raspberries in Syrup, thawed
- 2 tsp. Cornstarch
- 1 C. Fresh Raspberries
