- 2 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 1 Lg. Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 C. Red Wine
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp. Rosemary, minced
- 1 tsp. Coarse Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Hot Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 lbs. Beef Short Ribs, with bones
- 2 C. Beef Stock
Hot Artichoke-Parmesan Dip
