Combine any mixture of the above as desired or buy a bag or two of Diamond Mixed Nuts

  • 1/2 lb. walnuts
  • 1/2 lb. almonds
  • 1/4 lb. filberts
  • 1/4 lb. pecans
  • 1/4 lb. brazil nuts
  • Dried figs
  • Directions
  • Combine any mixture of the above as desired or buy a bag or two of Diamond Mixed Nuts. Place on baking pan (with sides) and roast in preheated 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Be sure not to burn or dry out nuts.
  • Remove and place in basket to cool and serve with figs and nut crackers. Place a bowl on the table for shell scraps for easier cleanup. Crack desired nuts. Slice open fig and flatten a bit to have a larger surface. Add nuts and close fig.
