- Dish soap: 1/4 teaspoon nonbleach product (such as Dawn, Joy, or clear Ivory) plus 1 cup water.
- Vinegar: 1 part white vinegar, 1 part water.
- Ammonia: 1 tablespoon clear household formula plus 1 cup water.
- Hydrogen peroxide: 1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon household ammonia.

- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
- 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes, pureed
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can red beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
