One Pot Tuna Casserole

Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Crockpot Miner's Stew

Directions Layer ingredients in crockpot in the order they appear above
- 2 or 3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 1 lb. pkg. smoked sausage
- 2 cans green beans, drained
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

1. Place the sweet potatoes, carrots, and bouillon cubes in a large heavy pot and cover with cold water
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes (about 6 medium), peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 carrots (about 1 pound) peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup (packed) light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- Salt, to taste
