- 1 cup milk

- dash of pepper
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese

Sauté onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and garlic in a non-stick skillet
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes (no sugar added)
- Stevia to taste
- 1 Tbl. Italian seasoning
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
Oatmeal Nut Butter Cookies

It’s hard to believe these cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and low glycemic
- 1/3 cup raw nut butter (almond, cashew, etc.)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbls. olive oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup organic coconut sugar
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Flour
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1 cup oats (certified gluten free, if desired)
- 1/2 cup organic carob chips or unsweetened chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 chopped raw nuts
- 1/2 cup dried cherries (optional)

- 1 1 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1 1 cup raisins
- 2 2 2 sticks at room temperature butter
- 1 1 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 2 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

Peppermint Shower Soothers To Fight Against Colds and Flu

- 2 tbsp of salt
- 3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
- 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
