Gluten Free Homemade Egg Noodles

Beat eggs in heavy duty stand mixer, add coconut oil, water and salt

- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups gluten-free all purpose flour plus 1/2 cup for rolling out*
Sweet Potato Chips (Air Fried)

Peel the sweet potatoes then slice them into chips
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Rub the cold butter into the dry ingredients until flour is crumbly
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar, or vanilla sugar
- 5 tablespoons organic, unsalted butter, cold
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Scrapings from a 1/2? piece of vanilla
- 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 - 4 tablespoons heavy cream (enough to make a glaze)
