Crispy-Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup SPLENDA® Sugar Blend
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 cup raisins
Tuna Patties

In a large bowl, combine the tuna, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped cilantro, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- 2 ounces drained tuna (water or olive oil-packed)
- 2 slices sprouted-grain bread, ground to crumbs in a food processor
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped, plus sprigs for garnish
- 2 tablespoons safflower mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salsa, to serve
Orange Juice Cake

- 1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (4-serving-size) package orange-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup orange juice
- 4 eggs

- 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Crockpot Hot Fudge Cake

In medium mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, and oil for 2 minutes
- 1 box Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake {15.25 oz.}
- 1 box Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix {3.9 oz.}
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup Sour Cream
- 3/4 cup Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
- Smucker’s Hot Fudge Sauce
- Crockpot
P2 Meringue cookies

Beat egg whites till firm peaks form and then add in cinnamon and beat just a little longer
- 3 egg whites
- 1 dropper full of Vanilla Creme Stevia or 2 packets stevia
- 1/8 tsp Cream of Tarter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- (Or omit the cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice and add zest from a lemon)

- Orange sauce:
- 4 oz chicken (diced into bit size pieces)
- 2 TB spelt flour
- 1 tsp arrowroot powder
- sea salt (to taste)
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 1 TB tamari sauce
- 1 TB water
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 clementine orange zested
- 3 TB Xylitol
- 3 TB rice vinegar
- (if you like it a little more spicy, add 1 tsp of chili paste)

- Sift together:
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- In a saucepan place:
- 12 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup water
- 6 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- In another bowl mix:
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or 1/2 cup milk soured with 1-1/2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Icing:
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 6 Tablespoons cocoa
- 4 Tablespoons milk
- 1 Lb. powdered sugar (3-1/4 cups)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 butternut squash (about 2 1/2 pounds), peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces

- 5 cups water
