- 8 Cups of sugar
- 6 Cups of unbleached flour
- 2 Cups of cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Biscuits:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- a little coconut oil

1. In a large glass baking dish, mix the soy sauce with the pepper and 2 tablespoons of the lemongrass
- 1/4 cup tamari or Bragg's aminos
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup minced fresh lemongrass (from 2 stalks)
- One 2 1/2-pound flank steak
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 medium shallots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sorghum flour
- 1/2 cup very strong brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup beets, canned, drained and pureed
- 1/3 cup tapioca starch
- 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

1. Cut marshmallows into thirds (I use scissors), and place in freezer while preparing the cookie dough
- 15 marshmallows (cut into thirds)
- 2/3 Cup cocoa powder
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup butter
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 2 unbeaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Note: The original recipe called for crisco but I replaced it with butter.

In large bowl, blend together blanched almond flour, palm sugar and shortening using a fork or a pastry knife
- 1 1/2 c Blanched Almond Flour
- 2 Tbs Palm Sugar
- 1/2 c Organic, Dairy-Free & Soy-Free Butter Flavor Shortening
- 1-2 Tbs Non-Dairy, Unsweetened Milk (Almond or Coconut work well)
Cinnamon Bread pudding

- 2 cups skim milk
- 4 Tablespoons margarine, cut into pieces
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 3-1/2 teaspoons sweetener
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3 dashes ground mace
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups cubed day-old French or Italian bread (3/4-inch cubes)
Rice Cooker Oatmeal

- 1 cup oats
- 2 and 1/3 cups water
- 2 dashes of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

- toppings: chopped dates, granola, crushed raw cashews
