Cheesy Garlic Bread

Spread the pizza crust evenly on a pizza pan or stone
- 1 (10 oz) tube of prepared pizza crust
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/8 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley garnish, if desired

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 C. quinoa, rinsed
- 1/4 C. vegetable oil, plus more for pan
- 2 C. all-purpose flour, plus more for pan
- 3/4 C. packed dark-brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. raisins or other fruit
- 3/4 C. whole milk
- 1 lg. egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

- 2/3 cup (160 ml) full-fat coconut milk (the kind in the can)
- 2 cups (480 ml) sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) whole chia seeds*
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) pure almond extract (omit if sensitive)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15-25 drops plain or vanilla stevia, to taste

- 1/2 cup orange juice (I used the juice from 1 large orange)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 8 slices of bread

If you can't find sweet potato puree, make your own using either baked or canned whole sweet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup sweet-potato puree
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee powder
