In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, ground almonds, flour and baking powder
- 1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch size)
- 3/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg plus 3 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, optional
- 3 ounces white baking chocolate, optional
Creamy Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Boil a large pot of salted water
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup skim or reduced fat milk, unsweetened nondairy milk, or 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 2 tablespoons chia seeds

- 2 droppers full vanilla or plain liquid stevia

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil

- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/4 cup milk or coconut milk (omit if you want less moisture)

I finally bought the Blendtec
- 1 can of coconut milk (I used 365 brand light because that’s what I had on hand.)
- 1/4 cup of NOW foods Organic Cocoa Powder
- 1 scoop of Chocolate NOW Foods Whey Protein Isolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 heaping TBSP Chia Seeds
- Stevia to taste, I used about 3/4 dropperful of Vanilla Creme Flavored Liquid Stevia

- 1 lb. 80/20 ground beef OR 90/10 ground beef
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 6 oz. water
- 1 24 oz. jar tomato puree
- 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- Pinch of dried oregano
- Pinch of onion powder
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Handful of fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
