- 1 bunch asparagus tips
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 2 tablespoons plus 3 cups water, divided
- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 1 bunch green chard (about 1 pound)
- 14 cups gently packed spinach (about 12 ounces), any tough stems trimmed
- 4 cups vegetable broth, store-bought or homemade
- Big pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, or more to taste

Quick breads are wonderful in the winter, and they make great hostess or teacher gifts
- Prep time: 15 minutes | Total time: 1 hour | Serves 8 | Phase 3
- 1 1/4 cup raw almond flour (not blanched)*
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons organic, unrefined coconut oil, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia
- 1 cup grated organic zucchini
- 1/4 cup chopped raw walnuts

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
- 2 # ground turkey breast
- 1 medium onion, blended
- 2 medium apple, blended
- 6 pkg stevia in the raw
- 1 tbspt ancho chili powder
- 1 tbsp chipolte chili powder

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flake
- 1 tbsp fennel seed

- 1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 3 Tablespoons evaporated milk

- Filling:
- 1 box Betty Crocker® Original Supreme brownie mix (with chocolate syrup pouch)
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 4 drops green food color
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 bag (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 1/2 cup butter (do not use margarine)

- 8 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1-1/2 cups whipped cream

Non-Dairy Creamy Cashew Cheese

Add soaked (and drained) cashews, nutritional yeast, sea salt, and ⅓ cup water to a food processor
- 1 cup raw (unsalted) cashews, soaked overnight, then drained
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or more to taste)
- 1/3 cup water (or more as necessary)
