Easy Fudge*

Directions Put all in a microwaveable bowl
- 3 C. flavored chips (chocolate, white chocolate or butterscotch)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Raw Almond Butter Cups

1. Add almonds and oats into a high-speed blender and blend on high until a flour forms
- For the base:
- Yield: 1 dozen mini cups
- 3/4 cup raw almonds, ground into a meal
- 1/4 cup rolled oats, ground into a flour
- 2 tablespoons raw almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1.5 tablespoons coconut oil, warmed if necessary
- 1.5 tablespoons pure maple syrup (or agave nectar)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch of fine grain sea salt, to taste
- For the topping:
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup (or 2 tbsp agave nectar)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- pinch of fine grain sea salt, to taste
Chia Seed Pudding

- 3/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 2 Cups almond milk
- Tiny Dash Salt
- Stevia and vanilla extract to taste
- optional: can add raisins, dried apricots, cinnamon, or agave if preferred

- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- food coloring
- 1 teaspoon oil based extract
- powder sugar for dusting
Cabbage Casserole

Directions Sauté hamburger and onion
- 1 lb. ground hamburger
- 3/4 C. diced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 10 1/2-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can full of water
- 1 C. cooked rice
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 3 C. raw cabbage
Avocado Bacon and Eggs

Crack an egg into each half of the avocado, resting the edge of the avocado on the side of the cookie sheet
- 1 Avocado
- 2 eggs
- 2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth
- 1 1/2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (I used vanilla, but you can choose your favorite flavor)
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice or water
Peppermint Patty Brownies

Directions Oil an 8-inch square pan
- canola oil, for the pan
- 1 19-ounce box brownie mix
- 16 York Miniatures Peppermint Patties (13.6 grams each)
Sweet Potato Brownies

1. Preheat your oven to 375F
- Cake:
- 1 rίpe avocado
- 1 cup sweet potato puree*
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup date paste
- 1 tsp pure vanίlla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp bakίng soda
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- Icing:
- 1/4 cup date paste
- 1/4 cup hazelnut butter
- 1/2 cup fat free plaίn Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oίl, melted
- 3 scoops vanίlla flavored whey proteίn powder
Dump Cake

Directions In bottom of cake pan, dump the can of pineapple in and spread evenly over bottom
- 1 White cake mix
- 1 15 oz. can Crushed pineapple
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 cube (1/2 C.) margarine or butter melted
