Preheat oven to 400. Toss 4 tbsp melted butter with next 3 ingredients
- 6 tbsp melted butter, divided
- 4 cups cubed French bread or sourdough bread
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
- 1 (8 oz) pack mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup drained and chopped, jarred roasted red bell peppers
- 2 1/2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
Cream Cheese Wontons

Dipping sauce: Mix together all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
- DIPPING SAUCE;
- 3 TBSP honey
- 2 TBSP low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 TBSP Sriracha or other hot sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar or rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- WONTONS;
- 8 oz cream cheese

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chunks, divided
- 1/3 cup milk
- 6 TBSP butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, divided
Chewy Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

- 1/2 cup sifted cake flour

Toasted Orzo Chicken Soup

- 32 -oz container of chicken stock
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup orzo pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1/2 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 shallots or 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
