Aioli Sauce

Crush the garlic extremely well, add the egg yolk and salt
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 lemon - juice only
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Smoked Salmon Dip

Thoroughly mix the cream cheese and cream
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup light cream or milk
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 to 6 dashes tabasco
- 1 tsp. dill
- 8 oz. smoked salmon (barbecue tips)
Pork & Pepper Lo Mein

Cook pasta in boiling water until tender
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 3 to 4 green onions
- 6 large mushrooms
- 1 large red or green pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds pork shoulder butt steak
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 pound spaghetti
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- vegetable oil
Fruit Daiquiri

- 6 oz. white rum
- 3 large scoops vanilla ice cream

- 35 Premium Plus crackers
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 8 squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Pad Thai

Soak noodles in water for about 30 minutes
- 1 pound flat rice noodles
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp. white sugar
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2/3 cup fish sauce
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. red curry paste
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 bag (340 gr.) raw shrimp, peeled
- 4 eggs
- 4 – 5 cups bean sprouts
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup chopped peanuts

- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated

- 2 pieces white bread
- roast beef

Mexican Chicken Casserole

In a 9 x 12 inch baking dish, layer tortilla chips and top with chicken
- Garnish:
- 320 gram bag tortilla chips
- 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Sliced black olives
- Diced green onions
