- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard

- 8 packaged ham slices
- ¼ tsp. garlic or onion powder
Thai Noodles

Cook fettuccine noodles in boiling water until tender
- fettuccine noodles – approximately 300 g. broken into about 3 pieces each
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 red pepper, slivered (or yellow)
- 1 cup chopped onion (optional)
- ½ tsp. dried crushed chilies
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 14 oz. stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. white sugar
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ cup peanut sauce

- 1 can tomato paste

- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cups ricotta cheese

- Cheese sauce:
- half an onion, minced
- 4 tbsp. margarine
- 3 tbsp. flour
- pinch salt
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 pound lasagna noodles

Taco Pie

- Toppings:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 4 oz. can green chilies
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 3 eggs
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

- shredded lettuce

Greek Tortilla Wedges

Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef loses pink color
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 6 oz. crumbled feta cheese

- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 ¼ cups light cream
- 1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
- ¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
- 4 tsp. chopped pimento

Pan fry ground beef, seasoned with chili powder until brown
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1 green onion, chopped

Zucchini Tuna and Macaroni Casserole

Cook rotini; drain. Melt margarine in saucepan
- Sauce:
- 1 package (16 oz.) rotini noodles
- 3 tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 pound zucchini, thinly sliced (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dill
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 can tuna
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. parmesan
- 2 tbsp. melted margarine

Place beef tenderloin on rack in shallow baking pan
- Pastry:
- 4 pound beef tenderloin
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup shortening
- liver pate
- 1 egg
- Gravy:
- 2 beef bouillon packets
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/3 cup red wine
- salt & pepper to taste
