Creamy Sherried Pork

Cut pork into 1" cubes. In large bowl, combine flour, paprika and pork
- 1 1/2 pounds pork butt steak
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tsp. worcestershire
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Grilled Shrimp

Combine all ingredients in a glass dish
- 2 pounds jumbo shrimp
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 4 drops tabasco
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- pepper
Monte Cristo Sandwich

- sliced ham
- swiss cheese
- 4 slices bread

Cream margarine and sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Macaroni and Beef Casserole

Heat oil in large saucepan, Add beef, onion and uncooked macaroni
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 796 ml. can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet been bouillon
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 3 eggs, beaten
Zucchini Boats

Place zucchini on cookie sheet
- 2 large zucchini, halved and cored
- 1 pounds ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. basil or oregano
- 3/4 cup Havarti cheese (jalapeno one is good)
- 3/4 cup feta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Broccoli Cheese Rice with Chicken

In a large frypan, brown chicken in hot oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 can broccoli cheese soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
Garden Greek Appetizer Platter

Beat together cream cheese, feta, yoghurt, garlic and pepper until blended
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. feta, crumbled
- 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 med. long english cucumber, diced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- Pita bread
Chicken Fryer Casserole

- Sauce:
- 2 2 pound frying chickens
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp. worcestershire
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. salt

- 1 package Stovetop stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
