Greek Rice Salad

Prepare rice according to package directions
- 2 cups minute rice
- 1 tomato, chopped fine
- ½ chopped green pepper
- ½ chopped long english cucumber
- 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup miracle whip
- 2 tbsp. plain yoghurt
Gherkin Cheese Puffs

Blend cheese and butter and stir in flour, salt and paprika
- ¼ cup margarine
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ cup flour
- ½ tsp. paprika

Pepperoni Nachos

Spread nacho chips in a single layer on baking sheet
- Nacho Chips
- 1 stick pepperoni
- 2 cups grated cheddar
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Tex-Mex Wontons

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender
- ½ cup ground beef
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
- ½ of a 15 oz. can refried beans
- ¼ cup grated cheddar
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 ½ tsp. chili powder
- 4 dozen wonton skins
- Oil for deep frying
Roasted Red Pepper Aioli

Puree red peppers. Add mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice to roasted red pepper puree
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Turkey Potato Pie

Heat oil in oven proof pan and saute onions
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 box au gratin potatoes
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup grated cheddar
Chicken Parchment

Marinate chicken for 2 hours in mixture of all ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 tbsp. sherry
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
Hot Cheese Puffs

Combine cheese, flour, salt and pepper
- ¾ lb. grated cheddar cheese
- 4 ½ tbsp. flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 5 egg whites
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- oil for deep frying
Boneless Buffalo Wings

- 1/2 cup milk

- Frank's hot sauce
- Margarine
- Blue cheese dressing for dipping
Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce

Slice chicken into long thin slices
- PEANUT SAUCE:
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. ginger powder
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water to prevent scorching)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. crushed red chili peppers
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
