Beef Chop Suey

Marinate beef with starch, pepper, soya sauce and sesame oil
- 1/2 to 3/4 pound flank or sirloin steak, cut thinly across grain

Yorkshire Pudding

In a blender, mix flour, salt, milk, eggs and water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup water
- melted butter or oil
Peanut Sauce

Mix in saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. crushed red chili peppers
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder

- Second Layer:
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (113 g.) package instant chocolate pudding mix (4 portion size)
- 1 (92 g.) package instant vanilla pudding mix (4 portion size)

- 1 (250 ml.) carton whipping cream, whipped
- 12 chocolate wafers, coarsely crushed

- 4 cups white sugar
- 14 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 cup butter
- 12 oz. package chocolate chips
- 2 7 oz. jars marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Coat chicken in flour, dip in eggs and then coat with cracker crumbs
- 12 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- approx. 2 ½ cups finely rolled cracker crumbs (french onion crackers give it extra flavour)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced thin and quartered
- 28 oz. can tomatoes
- 1/3 cup red wine
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- ½ tsp. chopped oregano
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 lb. mozza cheese, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
