Easy Beef Soup

In large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef, onion and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring constantly
- 1 1/2 lbs. Certified Angus Beef round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
- 6 cups water
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup uncooked orzo
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas, carrots and corn vegetable blend
Creamy Orange Trifle

1. Stir gelatin into cold water until dissolved
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
