- 1 can (16 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin (not pumpkin-pie mix)
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream

- 2 12-oz. jars chocolate fudge sauce
- 1-1/2 quarts chocolate ice cream
- 3/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- 2-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream

- For the soup:
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, or 2 Tablespoons olive oil
