Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Makes 2 3/4 cups (enough to frost an 8- or 9-inch layer cake or 24 cupcakes)
- 1 1/2 pounds (24 ounces) semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter (3 sticks), at room temperature
Chicken Parmesan

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs, whisked until foamy
- 1 1/2 cups Italian Classics Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 4 Wegmans Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 6 oz each)
- Wegmans Sea Salt and cracked pepper
- 1/2 cup Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Food You Feel Good About Smooth Marinara Sauce
- 1/2 cup Wegmans Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozarella
- 4 tsp Italian Classics Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (Cheese Shop)
TANGY RANCH GRILLED CHICKEN

- 2/3 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
Beef Enchilada Bake

HEAT oven to 350°F. BROWN meat in large skillet; drain
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can (10.75 oz.) reduced-sodium condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 lb. VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 6 Corn Tortillas (6 inch), cut in half
- 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
Bertolli Riserva® Flatbreads

Preheat oven 400°. Spray two large cookies sheet or rimmed baking pan with no-stick spray
- Suggested Toppings:
- 2 cans (13.8 oz. ea.) refrigerated pizza dough
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Bertolli® Riserva Porcini Mushrooms with White Truffle Oil Sauce (or any of your favorite Bertolli® Riserva sauces)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella Cheese, or your favorite Italian cheeses
- 6 Tbsp. chopped assorted fresh herbs, such as basil, chives, parsley
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbles Italian Sausage, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced basil
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced soppresetta, 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, 1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
- 1/4 cup chopped baby spinach, 4 slices roasted red pepper, 1 Tbsp. chopped salt cured olives, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (*may require additional cooking time for eggs to set)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 Tbsp. shredded Pecorino Romano, 1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- Bake 8 minutes, add sauce, bake additional 8 minutes until golden brown. Top with 1 cup baby arugula, 1 Tbsp. shaved Pecorino Romano cheese and 1/4 thinly sliced prosciutto, torn into pieces
Sausage, Broccoli & Noodles

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- 3 packages (3 ounces) each) Ramen Noodle soup, chicken flavor
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 links sweet Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
- 3 cups frozen baby broccoli flowerets, thawed
Pistachio and White Chocolate Cookies

1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Spread pistachios on baking sheet
- 1 cup shelled pistachio nuts
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Crisco® Butter Shortening
- 3/4 stick Crisco® Butter Shortening Sticks
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 3/4 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks

- About 40 (13-oz. pkg.) REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures or 12 (0.8 oz. each) REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups, quartered
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup REESE'S Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Slow Cooker Beer Roast

- 1 bottle (22 oz.) beer
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing Mix (unprepared)
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Garlic and Herb Dressing Mix (unprepared)
- 1 bottom round roast
- Water (enough to cover roast after beer is added)
