HAMBURGER STEW

In a dutch oven cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 2 pounds ground turkey or beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 4 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) stewed tomatoes
- 8 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 4 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice or barley
- 1 to 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons pepper
CHICKEN RANCH PASTA SALAD

- 1 1/4 cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup miracle whip or mayo
- 1/4 cup Ranch salad dressing

- DRESSING:
- 4 cus (2L) of chopped vegetables (carrots, broccoli florets, frozen peasm green beans) or use a bag of frozen Asian-style vegetables which are usually exactly 4 cups
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Optional: 1/44 cup sliced or slivered almonds
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1-1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili paste
GINGER GARLIC PORK CHOPS

Marinade: - In bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper

- 2 Bone-in pork loin chops (1-inch thick)

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsps grated fresh ginger

- 2 tsp vinegar
