POPPY SEED DRESSING

This dressing is delicious on any types of greens
- 1 Cup oil
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 1 tsp. poppy seads
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dry mustard powder
- Beat with electric hand mixer until cream and white.
PULL APART PIZZA BREAD

- 2 Cans of Pizza Dough or Biscuits
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 2 tablespoons of a really good Italian seasoning (link in post) or parsley flakes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 - 8 oz package of pepperoni (we used the turkey)
- 1 cup Parmesean cheese
- Optional: Add a 1/2 teaspoon of fresh garlic or garlic powder (it's amazing)
LEMON BLUEBERRY BREAD

- LEMON GLAZE:
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (I used fresh)
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
BALSAMIC GLAZED CHICKEN

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1-1/2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- Kosher Salt
- Ground pepper
- 4 bone-in skin on chicken thighs
- 2 cups baby red potatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Rosemary
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 3-4 rosemary sprigs for skillet
BEER BATTER

- 2 Eggs
- 4 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 Cups Beer – whip with wire whip
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp. Paprika
- 1 Tsp. Salt
BLUE RIBBON PORK CHOPS

Sear pork chops until golden brown on both sides with 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 large pork chops
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 cups cubed bread
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
PROSCIUTtO-STUFFED MUSHROOM

- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 (5-ounce) package prosciutto, chopped

- 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
