- 4 Yellow Squash, Julienned with julienne peeler

- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 sprig Shallot, minced
- 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1/4 tsp Fish Sauce

Melt the butter. Add the onion and celery and cook for about 5 minutes until soft
