- 6 to 8 slices brioche or challah bread
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 medium ripe bananas, cut into 1 inch slices on the bias
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling)
- Toasted pecan pieces
- Maple butter
Pineapple Bread Pudding with Vanilla Custard Sauce (MRS)

- Vanilla Custard Sauce:
- 8 cups (1-inch) pieces day-old, firm white bread
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

- 1 1/4 cups raisins

- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Big Daddy Seasoning:
- 6 medium (about 2 pounds) russet potatoes, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped rosemary

- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons Big Daddy Seasoning, recipe follows
- Freshly chopped parsley leaves, for garnish
- 1/2 cup smokey paprika
- 1/4 cup granulated onion powder
- 1/4 cup granulated garlic powder
