- 2 cups onions, finely chopped
- 1 (3 lb) butternut squash,peeled and cubed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups apple sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tap curry powder
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
