Two Can Cola Pork Roast Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb pork loin, shoulder or butt
  • 2 cans regular cola
  • 1 pkt powdered onion soup mix
  • 2 tbs cornstarch

Step 1

1. Mix cola and onion soup mix in small bowl

2. Place the roast in the cooker and pour over cola mix

3. Set the cooker to high for 40 min.

4. Let pressure come down naturally for 10 min, then quick release

5. Check roast for tenderness and make sure it is desired temp. If not cook on high for 10 min longer with a 10 min natural release

6. Remove roast to rest under tin foil.

7. Mix 2 tbs cornstarch in 2 tbs water to make a paste. On browning setting keep juices simmering. Slowly add the cornstarch and stir until thickened.

8. Carve roast and serve with gravy.
