Balsamic Chicken with Mushrooms

- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 4 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups mushrooms, small, halved
- 1/3 cup canned chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp thyme crumbled, (can use dried)
Citrus and Oregano Vinaigrette
