Cream of Broccoli soup

In large pan, melt butter and add flour boil 2 min
- 4 c. steamed Broccoli (or veggies of your choice)
- 3/4 c butter
- 3/4 c flour
- 5 c chicken broth
- 1 c milk
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 c grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- parsley flakes
Chocolate Zucchini Cake

cinnamon Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

1.Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon chips in a bowl
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup cinnamon chips
- 10 slices good quality bread
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- butter for frying
Oven Chicken Salad

- 2 c cooked chicken, 1/2 in cubes
- 2 c celery, thinnly sliced
- 2 c toasted bread cubes

- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- coconut pecan frosting
Raw Apple Cake

- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c shortening
- 1 c flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t soda
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 c nuts
- 4 small grated and peeled apples (1 1/2 c)
Applesauce Nut Cake

Bake 350* for 30-40 minutes
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c applesauce
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 3/4 c raisins
- 3/4 c nuts
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t cloves
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t nutmeg
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t soda dissolved in 1 T warm water
Cocoa mix

- 9 c non instant powdered milk (15 instant)
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c cocoa
- 1 1/2 t salt
