Stack Enchiladas

Prepare sauce. Layer with corn tortillas, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc
- Basic Ingredients:
- 1 # hamburger browned
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 t chili powder
- 1 t garlic salt
- 3 c water
- Optional Ingredients:
- Onion browned with hamburger
- 1 T beef bullion
- 1/8 to 1/4 t oregano
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c salsa
Navajo Fry Bread

Dissolve potato flakes in warm milk
- 2 1/2 cups warm milk
- 1/2 cup potato flakes
- -
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 heaping T. baking powder
Rhubarb Strawberry Pie

- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 T quick tapioca
- 1 T strawberry jello
- 4 cups rhubarb

Quick Fluffy Frosting

- 1 1/2 c cold milk
- 1 envelope whipped topping mix
- 1 sm pkg. instant jello pudding
Cream Cheese Penguins

Cut a slit from top to bottom, lengthwise, into the side of each jumbo olive
- 18 jumbo black olives, pitted
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 18 small black olives

Lemony Lemon Brownies

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- For the tart lemon glaze:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, large
- 2 tbsps lemon zest
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 tbsps lemon juice
- 8 tsps lemon zest
- 1 cup icing sugar
Angel Food Lemon Dessert

Bake angel food cake according to box
- 1 box angel food cake
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 6 oz. can frozen lemonade
- lemon peel (grated)
- 1-2 cups whipping cream

Quick Bread

Mix in Bosch using dough hooks for a few minutes
- 1 1/2 c warm water
- 3 T yeast
- 3T sugar
- sit in Bosch til the yeast clumps.
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1-2 T oil
- 4-5 c flour
Maida's Barbequed Spare Ribs

Cut ribs in serving pieces
- 4 # spare ribs
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c ketchup
- 1/3 rice vinegar
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1/8 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T dry mustard
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 1 t paprika
Elder Garff's Cookies

- 1 1/3 cup butter flavor crisco

- 1 tsp. salt
