Neiman-Marcus chocolate chip cookies

cream butter and both sugars
- 2 c butter
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 3/4 c brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 1/4 c flour
- 5 c blended oatmeal*
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 24 oz chocolate chips
- 1-8 oz Hershey bar, grated
- 3 c chopped nuts
Samoa Brownies

Prepare brownie mix according to box directions and cool
- 2 brownie mixs
- 3 1/2 cups shredded coconut, toasted
- (2) 14 oz. package of caramels, unwrapped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. milk
- 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Country Club Chicken

Mince the onion. Clean and slice the mushrooms
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 large onion
- 7 oz mushrooms
- 2 cans concentrated cream of mushroom soup
- 4 or 5 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups sharp cheddar
- 1 apple
- butter or oil
- salt & pepper
Moltem Lava cake

Preheat oven 425*. Butter four custard cups
- 4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 T flour
- Cool Whip
Salsa

Simmer 45 minutes. Add 6 T corn starch dissolved in cold water
- Add:
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 green bell peppers
- 6 qt. tomatoes peeled
- 3 large onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 - 7 oz can green chili
- 3-4 jalapeno
- Grind in food processor
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1/4 c salt
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 T oregano
- 1 t cumin
multigrain waffles

beat egg whites till stiff
- 1 c. white flour
- 1 c. wheat flour
- 1 c quick oats
- 1 T baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs separated
- 2 1/4 c. butter milk
Spagetti Sauce

Hot water bath for 20 minutes
- Add:
- 30 tomatoes cut and peeled
- 6 stalks celery
- 2 lrg onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 cloves garlic
- Combine and cook for 3-4 hours, low heat.
- Cool.
- Put through sieve or grinder.
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1/4 salt.
Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Press as much of the water out of the spinach and artichokes as you can before measuring them
- 1 cup thawed, finely chopped frozen spinach
- 1 1/2 cups thawed, drained & finely chopped bottled artichoke hearts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise (I used whipped salad dressing)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Lemon Lush

Beat pudding with milk for 2 minutes or till thickened
- First layer:
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c chopped nuts
- Blend butter and flour well and add nuts. Spread in 9x13 pan bake 350* for 20 minutes. Cool and set aside.
- Second layer:
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 c whipped topping (use only 1 c from 12 oz pkg and reserve the rest)
- Mix well; spread over cooled first layer.
- Third layer:
- 2 (3 3/4 OZ) PKGS lemon flavored instant pudding mix
- 3 c milk
- chopped nuts
