Raspberry Coconut Bars

In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter
- 1-2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2-2/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white baking chips
Pizza Dough

stir together - add flour Grease pan 325* - 400*
- 1/2 c lukewarm water
- 2 T sugar
- 2 t salt
- 1/8 c olive oil
- 1 T yeast
Creamy Ricotta and Sausage Calzone

Use this recipe as a template for other calzones
- For the crust
- 2 2/3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup water at 110 degrees
- 1 7 gram packet instant yeast
- 1/4 cup stone ground whole wheat or rye flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon baker’s dry milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dough conditioner
- olive oil
- For the filling
- 3/4 pound mild Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups whole milk ricotta
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper (optional)
Honey Glazed Chicken

Melt 1/4 cup butter in 13×9-inch pan
- Mix together in a Ziploc bag:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Add pieces of chicken. Shake to coat.
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Butter cream frosting

Cream butter and shortening with mixer
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 t clear vanilla
- 4 c powdered sugar
- 2 T milk
Loch Ness Bars

Melt chips and spread over top
- FROSTING:
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 10 1/2 oz pkg miniture marshmallows
- 4 1/4 c rice krispies cereal
- 1 cup peanuts, optional
- Melt butter chocolate and peanute butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir til melted. Add cereal and nuts. Spread into a buttered 9x13 pan and refrigerate til set.
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 1 c butterscotch chips
No Bake Cookies

mix first ingredients and bring to a boil over low heat
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 t salt
- -
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c oats
- nuts (optional)
