Indian Fried Bread

Separate into balls, roll in circles 1/4 inch thick, fry in hot cooking oil
- 2 c whole wheat flour
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/4 c powdered milk
- 1 c warm water

combine cream cheese and sugar
- 1-8 oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 egg

- 1/2 c + 1 T margarine
- 3/4 c water
- 3 T cocoa
- -
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
Whole Wheat Pancake Mix

Mix well. To prepare: Mix 2 3/4 mix to 2 1/3 water
- 20 c wheat flour
- 3/4 c baking powder
- 2 1/2 c whole egg powder
- 1 1/3 c brown sugar
- 2 T salt
- 3 3/4 c powder milk
- 3/4 c lecithin
yogurt / sour cream / cream cheese

Mix well. Pour into 4 pint jars and place them in a pan of hot water (100-120*) up to ther level of the mixture
- 2 1/2 c non instant powdered milk
- 7 c tepid water
- 6 oz plain yogurt
- 2 t gelatin dissolved in small amount of hot water
scotch cookies

Cream sugar and margarine, add vanilla and eggs
- 2 1/2 sugar
- 1 1/2 margarine
- 1/2 c Rogers golden syrup
- 3 eggs
- 2 t soda dissolved in 1/4 c hot water
- 1 t vanilla
- 7 c flour
Baked Zitti

Cook zitti. Mix 1/2 # mozz
- Pasta sauce
- zitti noodles
- 1 # ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 # mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- oregano
- basil
- parsley
Cayenne for sore throats

day one 1/4 t. every 1/2 hour til gone new batch next day til well
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 t cayenne
- 1 T honey
Bubba’s Friday Night Root Beer Popcorn

This recipe can also be doubled successfully
- 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup white corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons Root Beer flavor
- 1 drop of Americolor “Orange” food coloring gel or equal
Pom-Pom Pink Lemonade Popcorn

- 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup white corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons Strawberry Flavor
- 1 tsp Lemon Flavor
- 2 drops of Electric Pink food coloring gel or equal
Peanut Brittle Popcorn

- 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup white corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons butter rum flavor
- add 1/2 cup peanuts
