- 1 1/2 *1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 * 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 *1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 *1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
- 1 1/3 *1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 *1 cup chopped mixed nuts

Brown the seasoned ground beef
- Spice it up or try these variations:
- 1 lb. ground beef (seasoned with salt,pepper, garlic powder)
- 3 or 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1/2 of medium onion (chopped)
- 6-8 whole (peeled & de-stemed) roasted green chiles (chopped how you like and use more if you like)
- 1 can pinto beans (rinsed)
- 32 oz. of chicken broth
- 5 or 6 potatoes diced
- Jalapeno
- Cilantro
- Rotel diced tomatoes
- Tomatoes
- Cumin (just a pinch)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat
- 1 *1 pound Italian Sausage (sweet) or 1 pound ground beef (or 1/2 pound each)
- 1 *1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 *1 Tbsp whole basil
- 1 1/4 *1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 *1 1-pound can (2 cups tomatoes
- 2 *2 6-oz. cans (1 1/3 cups) tomato paste
- 10 *10 oz. lasagne or wide noodles
- 3 *3 cups fresh Ricotta or creamy cottage cheese
- 1/2 *1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 2 *2 Tbsp parsely flakes
- 2 *2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 *1 tsp pepper
- 1 *1 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin
