New Orleans Praline Brownies

To toast pecans, preheat oven to 350° F
- Brownies
- 1 box (1 pound 2.3 ounce) Betty Crocker® fudge
- brownie mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs as called for on
- brownie mix box
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Praline Frosting
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Sweet and Saltines

- 35 to 40 saltine crackers
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (about 1 1/3 cups)
Low Country Boil Packets

This was adapted from a recipe from The Kitchen on the Food Network
- 8 shell-on jumbo shrimp, deveined
- 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay or Zatarain's
- 6 small red skin potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 links andouille sausage (about 8 ounces), cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 ears corn, cut into 1-inch wheels
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon, sliced into 8 rounds
- 2 scallions, white and green parts, thinly sliced

- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)

FROZEN STRAWBERRY MARGARITA PIE

- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups Dixie Lily grits

- 8 strips applewood-smoked bacon, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 3 tablespoons butter
- White wine
- 1 pound peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
- 1 portobello mushroom cap, sliced
- 1/4 cup diced scallions
- 2 cups chooped fresh spinash

Directions Place rack in center of oven, and heat oven to 325°
- 2 tablespoons canola oil, plus more for pan
- 4 cups all-purpose flour, divided, plus more for pan
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled, room temperature
- Confectioners' sugar, for dusting
