Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya

You can spice this dish up by adding cayenne to taste!
- 2-3 pieces chicken
- 1 large onion
- 1 T. dried parsley
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 T. dried bell pepper
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage
- 1 c. rice
- 2 t. chicken or beef bouillon

Oven 350˚ Melt butter in pan
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 t. baking powder
- Combine ingredients.
- 1 c. sugar
- 12 oz. frozen blueberries or peaches
- Warm in pot
- Melt 1/2 c. butter in oven
White Chocolate Lasagna

Begin by crushing your Oreos
- 1 package Golden Oreos
- 6 TB unsalted butter, melted
- 1 8 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Margarine or butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large container cool whip (16 ounces)
- 2 - 3.9 oz packages of white chocolate or vanilla instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
- white chocolate bar (to make curls with)
Meat Pie

When using the second pie crust for the topping, vent the crust with a few slashes
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 small to medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 c. barbeque sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 or 2 8" pie crust OR 4 ounces grated cheese
Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup

Put the potatoes in the crockpot
- 1 30oz. bag of frozen diced hash browns
- 1 32 oz box of chicken broth
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz, not fat free)
- 3 oz bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
White-Cheddar Grits

Bring water to a boil in a medium pot
- 4 1/2 cups water, plus more if needed
- 1 cup white grits (not instant)
- 2 ounces sharp white-cheddar cheese, grated (3/4 cup)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Pecan Rice
