Pick over crab to remove any shells
- 1 lb lump crab meat, shell pieces removed (3 cans)
- 1/4 cup red pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- dash hot pepper sauce or red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 T finely chopped parsley
- 3 T mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs (or 1 1/2 fresh bread crumbs)

- 5 large garlic cloves, minced
