Fluffy Lemonade Gelatin

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in lemonade until dissolved
- 5 packages (3 ounces each) lemon gelatin
- 6 cups boiling water
- 1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Breakfast Casserole

- 1/2 – 1 pound sausage
- 1 package crescent rolls
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tsp oregano or rosemary

Thanksgiving Stuffing - Janice

- 5 cups celery, sliced thin
- 2 cups finely chopped onions
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 8 generous pinches kosher salt
- 7 cups Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing (white and wheat)
- 7 cups Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned cubed stuffing (white and wheat)
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
- 6 cornbread muffins (Make Jiffy corn bread with 1/2 tsp sugar into 8 muffins. Crumble and dry out on cookie sheet under broiler - watch closely and don't burn (or let sit out overnight uncovered.)
- 5 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 eggs

Heat oven to 375. Mix sugar, shortening, and egg
- Topping:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- one peach or apple

- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter (6 oz), softened
- 1 pound unsalted butter, soft and cut into one inch pieces

- 1 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels (about 2 ears)
- 1/3 cup diced shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 ounce pecorino Romano cheese, grated (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 3 cups Wheat Chex
- 3 cups Multi Grain Cheerios
- 1 cup salted peanuts

- 1 cup bagel chips
- 1/3 cup olive oil (regular version 6 T butter)
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (regular version 2 T)
