Blackberry Cobbler (Better than Granny's)

Preheat oven to 375
- 5 * 5 cups fresh clean blackberries
- 2 * 2 tablespoons triple sec (orange liqueur) or Grand Marnier
- 2 * 2 cups sugar
- 4 * 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 * 2 cups flour
- 4 * 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 * 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 * 2 cups milk
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 * 1 cup butter, softened or melted (thought I should use less next time!)
Pot Roast - Favorite

In a large bowl or plate, combine the flour and black pepper to taste
- 3 1/2 pound pot roast (arm chuck pot roast)
- 1/2 cup flour
- Sprinkling of Pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup white cooking wine (it's next to the vinegar at the grocery store)
- Carrots and Celery- Optional

- 2 tablespoons flour

Cook and shred the roast. Combine rest of ingredients and bring to a boil
- 3-4 pound roast
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt

- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
